1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Pure Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Products & Licensing

All scripts and digital products sold by Pure Studios are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your FiveM server(s) subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the product on servers you own or operate.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the product with third parties.
• You may not claim the product as your own creation.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FiveM Escrow-protected files.
• Modifying non-escrowed configuration files for personal use is permitted.

3. Account & Authentication

Purchases are made through Tebex and authenticated via your Cfx.re (FiveM) account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Pure Studios is not liable for unauthorized purchases made through your account.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Tebex. Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our store and include all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

5. Updates & Support

All products include lifetime updates and bug fixes at no additional cost. Support is provided exclusively through our Discord server. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. We are not obligated to provide support for issues caused by third-party scripts, modifications, or misconfigured servers.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Redistribute or leak any purchased product.
• Exploit vulnerabilities in our products or website.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or community members.
• Initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to our products and services if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of termination for a breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pure Studios is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or revenue loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
