Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
All products sold by Pure Studios are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and/or downloaded.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
- The product is fundamentally broken and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- You have not downloaded, accessed, or used the product in any way.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product without contacting support first.
- The product does not work due to conflicts with other third-party scripts or modifications on your server.
- You have already downloaded, installed, or accessed the product files (including FiveM Escrow-protected assets).
- Your server does not meet the minimum requirements listed in the product description.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please open a ticket in our Discord server with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban from all Pure Studios services. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
